Unifying a multi-carrier transportation network

Challenge

The operator ran several disconnected transportation management systems and location-tracking tools across carriers and business units. Dispatchers had no single view of where vehicles, shipments, or facilities stood at any given moment.

What we built

An embedded ViktriLLC team designed and built an integration layer unifying multiple TMS platforms, telematics and GPS feeds, and facility location data into one real-time operational view.

Outcome

A single source of truth for dispatch, far less manual reconciliation between systems, and faster decisions on routing and exceptions.

A custom event management platform, built from the ground up

Challenge

A growing events business had outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. Registration, scheduling, and on-site logistics were split across disconnected systems with no shared visibility for the team running the event.

What we built

A purpose-built event management system covering registration, scheduling, vendor and resource coordination, and real-time day-of updates for the operations team.

Challenge
